How we helped
Chevin
-
Chevin Fleet Solutions organized their conference in Phoenix to bring together clients, partners, and fleet industry experts in an engaging setting to share knowledge, foster collaboration, and celebrate achievements. The goal was to capture the energy and insights of this gathering, showcasing Chevin’s role as a supportive partner in the fleet community.
-
We focused on capturing the heart of the conference in Phoenix, highlighting key moments and interactions that reflected Chevin Fleet Solutions’ goals for the event. Our role was to provide a natural and engaging view of the conference
-
Our solution was to provide Chevin Fleet Solutions with a comprehensive video capture of their Phoenix conference, designed to reflect their goals and enhance their outreach efforts. By filming the event, we created engaging content that Chevin can use to:
Extend Event Impact – The footage allows Chevin to share key presentations and highlights with a wider audience, reaching those who couldn’t attend in person.
Build Brand Awareness – The content showcases Chevin’s commitment to the fleet industry, strengthening their brand presence and authority in the market.
Foster Client Engagement – By sharing authentic moments from the conference, Chevin can build stronger connections with clients and partners, demonstrating their role as a supportive, forward-thinking leader in fleet management.
How we helped the
BCMPA
-
The BCMPA's media agency reached out to us for assistance in capturing their conference through both photography and video. The event spanned two days, and they required coverage in both formats each day. They needed this material to support their future marketing efforts
-
Early in the process, we decided that incorporating interviews would be essential to shaping the film's narrative. The input from members was crucial, as their industry expertise would highlight the benefits the BCMPA offers to new members and share valuable insights with those already attending the event. We also proposed showcasing the industry's diversity
-
Many videos take over 30 seconds to get to the point, causing viewers to lose interest or move on. To avoid this, we structured the footage to flow smoothly and immediately address the challenges being solved. To ensure continuity between the photos and film, we developed a cohesive corporate style that worked across both formats. To create an authentic feel, we used a mix of handheld footage, which mirrors everyday life, and tripod shots for interviews to keep the interviewee consistently in frame. The final result was a 3-minute film highlighting the key benefits of BCMPA membership for industry professionals. Additionally, we produced over 300 photographs, available in both high-resolution for print and low-resolution for social media.
How we helped the
Carpenters Arms
-
The Carpenters Arms hosted a powerful celebration event honoring men who have overcome addiction, capturing their journey of resilience and hope. They needed photography and video, to highlighted the emotional moments of triumph, camaraderie, and personal transformation to capture the journey these individuals embraced to create a new chapter in their lives, surrounded by support and encouragement. The event was to showcase not only their achievements but also the strength of the community that uplifted them.
-
To ensure no moment was missed during The Carpenters Arms' celebration event, we recommended a tailored solution by using a two-person team—one dedicated to photography and the other to video. This approach allowed us to capture the full scope of the day, from candid emotional expressions to pivotal moments of the event. With one team member focusing on still imagery and the other on dynamic video footage, we were able to provide comprehensive coverage, ensuring every aspect of the men’s journey and the support of the community was beautifully documented.
-
We provided The Carpenters Arms with professional photography and video services, ensuring every key moment of their celebration event was captured with precision and care. By focusing on the emotional moments of triumph and the deep sense of camaraderie, we helped visually tell the story of the men’s journey to overcoming addiction. Our work highlighted their personal transformations and the unwavering support of the community, helping The Carpenters Arms showcase the powerful impact of the event.
How we helped
Just Electrical Training
-
Just Electrical Training reached out to us, expressing their interest in adding virtual site tours to their website. We met with them to better understand their reasoning behind this need
-
After meeting with Just Electrical Training, we learned that they were in the process of redesigning their website and wanted to include a site tour to showcase their high-quality premises, which set them apart from some of their competitors. However, we advised that a site tour might not be the most cost-effective option, as it would consume a significant portion of the budget and depend on the viewer actively choosing to click on the tour. We suggested that other media, such as photographs and video, could effectively highlight their facilities and services without requiring visitors to navigate away from the main page
-
Each training session took place on Saturday mornings, so instead of staging a session with models, we opted to capture the real experience with their current trainees. This approach along with the handheld video footage added authenticity to the footage. We arrived early to film the training centre in pristine condition before any activities began, and then returned to document the training in action. The result was a 3-minute video and over 300 photos showcasing the training process. These materials can now be used across social media, events, exhibitions, and printed marketing materials.
